Environment Associates has recently upgraded their testing capabilities and can now offer the full range of Icing Testing per RTCA/DO-160, Section 24 (Categories A,B & C). EA has performed testing for all supplier tiers in the aerospace market. This testing includes: vibration, temperature, humidity, acceleration, crash safety, altitude, shock and other critical RTCA DO-160 or MIL-STD tests.

Many of the key manufacturers have their own commercial standards for their specific aerospace electronics and components—for example, Boeing’s D6 standards, Douglas’ WZ standards and Airbus’ Specifications.

If you are a supplier to one of the above aerospace manufacturers and you want to make sure that your critical prototype design is reaching your design targets and is robust, then let us put together an accelerated test plan that best identifies inherent weaknesses.

If you have designed a product that reaches space conditions for NASA, then be a part of our team in testing for the extreme temperatures in space atmospheres.

EA has over forty years of history servicing this industry, performing a wide range of product testing—from cockpit to tail—on electronics, components and systems.
