CKC Laboratories is opening a new Electromagnetic Compatibility (Commercial Avionics, Military, Space) test lab in Chatsworth, CA. Co-located and in partnership with Environment Associates in Chatsworth, California, CKC and EA are the convenient, full service EMC/EMI and environmental test provider for the Los Angeles and Ventura County area Aerospace and Military industries. CKC Chatsworth is well equipped for both DO-160 and MIL-STD electromagnetic compatibility testing, including 200 V/m radiated susceptibility and lightening testing. This facility is ITAR registered.

DO-160 EMC Testing
To be successful in avionics/aerospace EMC testing, CKC is committed to three things. First, we have invested and continue to invest in state of the art susceptibility and emissions test equipment. Second, we have hired, trained and retained a highly competent engineering staff, experienced in the intricacies of avionics EMC testing.

Our testing staff has performed successful qualification tests on thousands of avionics systems to DO-160, Boeing, Airbus and customer generated specifications. Third, our absolute commitment to customer satisfaction means that we will work closely with you through the entire EMC qualification process, providing timely and effective assistance.

Environment Associates has upgraded hydraulic testing capabilities at our Chatsworth, California Testing Laboratory. By adding a new 5100 psi+ Skydrol pump and test stand, Environment Associates is now positioned to serve the increased demand in the Southern California Aerospace market for engineering and qualification testing of lighter weight aircraft components that work at these higher pressures. Environment Associates is adding additional blowing sand and dust capabilities to their Chatsworth, California testing laboratory.
